Llandaff and Barry (UK Parliament constituency)

The constituency was created for the 1918 general election.

Initial proposals were to call the division "Llandaff" but there was opposition from local representatives of Barry and Glamorgan.

[1] The constituency was abolished for the 1950 general election.

The Urban District of Barry, and the Rural District of Llandaff and Dinas Powis..[1] General Election 1939–40 Another General Election was required to take place before the end of 1940.
