The Town of Lochbuie (/lɒkˈbuːi/ lok-BOO-ee)[7] is a statutory town located in Weld and Adams counties in the U.S. state of Colorado.
The town population was 8,088 at the 2020 United States Census.
[8] According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.4 square miles (3.5 km2), of which, 1.3 square miles (3.5 km2) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 km2) of it (1.47%) is water.
Lochbuie was developed in the 1960s as the Spacious Living Mobile Home Park and known as Space City until it was incorporated in 1974.
