Lokainayanpur is a set of two adjacent villages in the Tisri CD block in the Khori Mahuwa subdivision of the Giridih district in the Indian state of Jharkhand.

Giridih district is a part of the Chota Nagpur plateau, with rocky soil and extensive forests.

According to the 2011 Census of India, Laukai had a total population of 1,276, of which 667 (52%) were males and 609 (48%) were females.
