Baron Riverdale

Baron Riverdale, of Sheffield in the County of York, is a title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom.

[2] It was created on 27 June 1935 for the Sheffield steel manufacturer Sir Arthur Balfour, 1st Baronet, Chairman of Arthur Balfour & Co Ltd.[1] Balfour had already been created a baronet, of Sheffield in the County of York, in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom, on 26 June 1929.

He was a lieutenant commander in the Royal Navy in the Second World War.

Mark Robin Balfour, eldest son of the second Baron.
