Lost Nation, Iowa

Lost Nation is a city in Clinton County, Iowa, United States.

[3] The area which would later formally become Lost Nation was known by that name as early as 1855, though the origin of the name is unknown.

[5] A train station was established along the Sabula, Ackley and Dakota railroad in 1871.
