Loučka (German: Lauczka) is a municipality and village in Vsetín District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.

Loučka lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) north-west of Vsetín, 26 km (16 mi) north-east of Zlín, and 256 km (159 mi) east of Prague.
