Loveland Park is a census-designated place (CDP) located in Symmes Township, Hamilton County and Deerfield Township, Warren County, in the southwestern part of the U.S. state of Ohio.
The racial makeup of the CDP was 88.3% White, 1.0% Black or African American, 0.2% Native American, 1.0% Asian, 0.1% Pacific Islander, 1.4% from some other race, and 8.1% from two or more races.
22.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.2% were someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
[6] According to the U.S. Census American Community Survey, for the period 2016-2020 the estimated median annual income for a household in the CDP was $153,472, and the median income for a family was $172,831.
