Lower South Waziristan District (Urdu: ضلع زیریں جنوبی وزیرستان; Pashto: ښکته جنوبي وزیرستان ولسوالۍ) ("Mahsood Waziristan" now), is adistrict located in the Dera Ismail Khan Division of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.
