Lu Xinshe

Lu Xinshe (Chinese: 鹿心社; pinyin: Lù Xīnshè; born November 1956) is a Chinese politician who served as Communist Party Secretary of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from 2018 to 2021.

He was sent to study in West Germany from 1987 to 1988, and temporarily took the post of vice mayor of Nantong, Jiangsu from 1995 to 1996.

[1][2] On June 29, 2016, he replaced Qiang Wei as Communist Party Secretary of Jiangxi.

[3] On March 21, 2018, Lu was appointed as the Communist Party Secretary of Guangxi, replacing Peng Qinghua.

[1][2] On 23 October 2021, he was appointed vice chairperson of the National People's Congress Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee.
