Lugașu de Jos (Hungarian: Alsólugos, Slovak: Lugaše) is a commune in Bihor County, Crișana, Romania with a population of 3,580 people.

It is composed of three villages: Lugașu de Jos, Lugașu de Sus (Felsőlugos), and Urvind (Örvénd).
