Luisa Fernanda Rudi Úbeda (born 14 December 1950 in Seville) is a Spanish politician currently serving as Senator from Teruel in Aragón since 2015.
She served as the 175th president of the Congress of Deputies, being the first woman to hold the position in Spanish history.
She was a member of the Bureau of the European People's Party and sat on the European Parliament's Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection.
