Luiza Złotkowska (born 25 May 1986) is a Polish speed skater.

She is an Olympic silver and bronze medalist, and held the Polish record on the 5000 m distance from February 2021 to December 2022.

[1] At the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, she won a bronze medal in the women's team pursuit together with Katarzyna Woźniak, Natalia Czerwonka and Katarzyna Bachleda-Curuś.

Złotkowska's fiancé is Jan Szymański, also a Polish speed skater.
