Lynn Ellen Skrifvars (born February 8, 1951), also known by her married name Lynn Nelson, is an American former competition swimmer who won a gold medal in the 4 × 100 m freestyle at the 1971 Pan American Games.
Next year she swam for the gold medal-winning U.S. 4 × 100 m team at the 1972 Olympics, but did not receive a medal because she did not swim in the final.
Individually, she competed in the preliminary heats of the 200-meter backstroke.
