[1] Lyubov Glebova was born on 7 March 1960 in Arzamas, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast.
From 2005 to 2008, Glebova was the secretary of state of the Deputy Minister of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation Mikhail Zurabov.
On 28 March she was appointed Head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Education and Science (Rosobrnadzor).
On 15 March 2015, the Federation Council terminated the powers of Lyubov Glebova after she was appointed the Head of Rossotrudnichestvo.
[1][2] Lyubov Glebova is under personal sanctions introduced by the European Union, the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, Switzerland, Australia, Ukraine, New Zealand, for ratifying the decisions of the "Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance between the Russian Federation and the Donetsk People's Republic and between the Russian Federation and the Luhansk People's Republic" and providing political and economic support for Russia's annexation of Ukrainian territories.
