Mägenwil

Mägenwil is a municipality in the district of Baden in the canton of Aargau in Switzerland.

[4] The municipality is located in the Baden district, on the southern edge of the Birrfeld region.

The blazon of the municipal coat of arms is Gules a Poppy Seedpod Or slipped and leaved.

[4] The age distribution, as of 2008[update], in Mägenwil is; 223 children or 12.1% of the population are between 0 and 9 years old and 266 teenagers or 14.4% are between 10 and 19.

[10] In the 2007 federal election the most popular party was the SVP which received 42.3% of the vote.
