[1] The decision to build it was made in 1982, and a year later the first works in Ursynów began.

In 2008, construction of the Bielany section was completed and crossings on the whole line were started.

[2] There is also a plan to add two additional stations around the center portion of the metro line.

This depot is used, among others, for repairing, maintaining, and testing metro trains.
