Maciej Ruczaj (born 1983) is a Polish political scientist and diplomat, who from 2023 to 2024 served as Poland's ambassador to Slovakia.
[2] He graduated from political science and international relations at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University, as well as English studies and the Faculty of Arts, Charles University.

[8] In late 2000s, he started his diplomatic career at the Polish Institute in Prague,[9] since 2010 as a head of a unit.
[11] On 14 October 2023, he took the post of Polish ambassador to Slovakia,[12] presenting his letter of credence to the President Zuzana Čaputová on 15 November 2023.
