Mackenzie is an unincorporated community in St. Louis County, Missouri, United States.

[6] In April 2018, the village of Mackenzie voted to dissolve, reverting to unincorporated St. Louis County, effective midnight June 25, 2018.

38.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

There were 7.3% of families and 5.1% of the population living below the poverty line, including 25.0% of under eighteens and none of those over 64.
