Madhabdi (Bengali: মাধবদী) is a pourashava (municipal corporation) in Narsingdi District, Dhaka division, Bangladesh.
It's an A grade municipality and also Madhabdi has declared as a thana on 29 February 2016.

Madhabdi had a literacy rate (age 7 and over) of 65.99%, compared to the national average of 51.8%, and a sex ratio of 718 females per 1000 males.
