[3] In September, Mahmudul Hoque and Justice Rezaul Hasan dismissed a corruption case against Obaidul Karim, chairman of Orion Group, in which he was accused of brbing former prime minister Khaleda Zia to receive the contract for the Gulistan-Jatrabari flyover.
