Maks Ruslanovich Dziov (Russian: Макс Русланович Дзиов; born 9 August 2001) is a Russian football player who plays as a centre-back for Fakel Voronezh.
On 26 June 2024, Dziov agreed to join Russian Premier League club Fakel Voronezh.
