Maple Park, Illinois

Maple Park is a village in DeKalb and Kane counties in the U.S. state of Illinois.

[5] The present name comes from a nearby grove of sugar maple trees.

Illinois Route 38 runs through the southern side of the village, leading east 15 miles (24 km) to Geneva and west 8 miles (13 km) to DeKalb.

[7] As of the 2020 census[3] there were 1,433 people, 530 households, and 404 families residing in the village.

15.09% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.30% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
