Conde returned to Spain in 2017 to play for Spar CityLift Girona in the Spanish first-tier league and Europe's second-tier EuroCup.
On December 6, 2024, Conde was selected as the Golden State Valkyries' pick from the Chicago Sky's 2024 roster in the WNBA's expansion draft.
