María de los Dolores Padierna Luna (born 8 May 1958) is a Mexican politician.

[4][3] Padierna Luna was the candidate for mayor in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City, for the National Regeneration Movement (Morena) in the 2021 election[5] despite accusations that she and her husband, René Bejarano, were corrupt.

[8] In the 2024 general election, she was elected to the Chamber of Deputies to represent Mexico City's fourth district for the 2024–2027 congressional session.
