Having begun his career with Beerschot and PSV, Weymans spent time on trial with Fulham before signing for Welsh side Cardiff City in 2015 on a three-year contract.
With one and a half seasons of professional football under his belt, he signed a contract with Swedish first division club Östersunds FK in January 2019.
In April 2022 it was announced that Weymans joined the training of Beerschot VA to maintain his condition, the club had just been relegated from the top Belgian division.
On 24 June 2022, Beerschot announced that Weymans had managed to convince the club to offer him a contract: he signed for one season with an option for an additional year.
In 2024, he helped Beerschot to promotion back to the Jupiler Pro League after two seasons away, with Dirk Kuyt as head coach.
