Marcus E. Richmond (born May 4, 1956) is an American politician serving as a member of the Arkansas House of Representatives for the 21st district.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in health and physical education from Arkansas Tech University.

[1] Richmond served in the United States Marine Corps from 1978 to 1998, retiring with the rank of lieutenant colonel.

Richmond was the president and CEO of America's Pet Registry and operated a ranch with his brother.

[2] Richmond was elected to the Arkansas House of Representatives in November 2014 and assumed office on January 12, 2015.
