Marietta is a town in Prentiss County, Mississippi, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.8 square miles (4.7 km2), all land.

25.2% of all households were made up of individuals, and 13.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

About 6.1% of families and 8.5% of the population were below the poverty line, including 3.4% of those under the age of eighteen and 23.1% of those 65 or over.

The Town of Marietta is served by the Prentiss County School District.
