Mariya Anatolyevna Ovchinnikova (Russian: Мария Анатольевна Овчинникова, born 19 October 1998 in Temirtau), also known as Mariya Yefremova (Мария Ефремова), is a Kazakhstani athlete specialising in the triple jump.
