Martínkovice

Martínkovice (German: Märzdorf) is a municipality and village in Náchod District in the Hradec Králové Region of the Czech Republic.

It lies in the Broumov Highlands, in the Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area.

It is a tributary of the Ścinawka River, which flows along the northern municipal border.

Martínkovice was founded in 1255 by the abbot of the Benedictine monastery in Broumov, Martin I, and later named after him.

The second Stations of the Cross line the cemetery wall and date from the first half of the 19th century.
