Martin Neumann

Martin Neumann (born 27 January 1956) is a German politician of the Free Democratic Party (FDP) who served as a member of the Bundestag from the state of Brandenburg from 2009 until 2013 and again from 2017 until 2021.

at the Cottbus University of Engineering after successfully defending his dissertation on the subject of investigating the thermal insulation behaviour of heavy ventilated exterior wall structures.

Since 1995, Neumann has been a sworn expert for building services, heat, cold and noise insulation.

In 1999, he accepted a call to the University of Applied Sciences Magdeburg-Stendal as professor for technical building services.
