Marty Wyall

Mary Anna Martin "Marty" Wyall (January 24, 1922 – March 9, 2017) was an American aviator.

[1] She graduated from Shields High School in 1939, then went on to MacMurray's Women's College on a music scholarship.

[1] Wyall wanted to join the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP) and took flying lessons after she graduated.

[3] She later worked at the Sky Harbor Airport as a ferry pilot and a flight instructor at Franklin Flying Field.

[1] In 1946, she married and raised five children with her husband, Eugene Andrew Wyall in Fort Wayne.
