Matías Fernando Cóccaro Ferreira (born 15 November 1997) is a Uruguayan professional footballer who plays as a striker for Liga MX club Atlas, on loan from CF Montréal.

In 2017, Cóccaro joined the youth academy of Italian Serie A side Cagliari.

He scored his first MLS goal on March 10, 2024, aiding a 3-2 win against Miami CF.

On 4 January 2025, Cóccaro joined Mexican club Atlas on a one-year loan.

Cóccaro was born in Uruguay and is of Italian descent, and holds dual citizenship.
