Mathu Andersen is a make-up artist,[1] costume designer,[2] and photographer.
[3] Andersen has collaborated with RuPaul[4] and was previously in a relationship with fashion designer Zaldy.

Andersen was nominated in the Outstanding Makeup for a Multi-Camera Series or Special (Non-Prosthetic) category at the 67th Primetime Emmy Awards in 2015 for his work on "ShakesQueer", the seventh season's third episode.
He moved to New York in 1986 and, according to Queerty, "teamed up with Zaldy Goco and became a fixture of NYC nightlife".
