Matthew Elwin Bell (born August 31, 1985) is an American professional race car driver.

Although Bell grew up in Los Altos, California, he attended Mountain View High School from which he graduated in 2004.

After graduation, he pursued transportation design at the Academy of Art University, San Francisco, California.

His car suffered from brake issues and he violently crashed into the tire barrier in turn one;[3] he finished 38th.
