The featherweight was the middle of seven freestyle wrestling weight class held as part of the wrestling programme at the 1904 Summer Olympics.
It included wrestlers weighing 125 to 135 pounds (56.7 to 61.2 kg).

Nine wrestlers competed.
[2] Charles Clapper and Frederick Ferguson were allowed to fight for the bronze medal as they both lost in this tournament against the gold medalist Benjamin Bradshaw.
