Mazar-e Seyyed Ali (Persian: مزارسيدعلي)[a] is a village in Shusef Rural District of Shusef District, Nehbandan County, South Khorasan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 215 in 67 households.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
