Mediodactylus russowii, also known commonly as the grey thin-toed gecko, Russow's bent-toed gecko, and the Transcaspian bent-toed gecko, is a species of lizard in the family Gekkonidae.

The specific name, russowii, is in honor of Estonian naturalist Valerian von Russow (1842–1879).

[3] M. russowii is found from Russia to Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, northeastern Iran, northwestern China, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan.

[2] The preferred natural habitats of M. russowii are desert and shrubland, at altitudes from 45 m (148 ft) below sea level to 2,000 m (6,600 ft) above sea level.
