Melissa Holt (born 11 December 1976) is a racing cyclist from New Zealand.

She placed 2nd in the 2009 Oceania Continental Championships Time Trial only four seconds behind the winner.

She competed at the world championships in both the road race and time trial in 2002, 2003 and 2005, but in 2010 she only competed in the time trial.
