Mempricius (Welsh: Membyr) was a legendary king of the Britons, as recounted by Geoffrey of Monmouth.
[2] Upon his father's death, war broke out between Mempricius and his brother, Malin, over who would dominate Britain.
He ruled as a tyrant for 20 years, killing most of the distinguished men on the island.
He abandoned his wife and his son, Ebraucus, to live a life of sodomy.
While on a hunting expedition, he was separated from his companions and attacked by a pack of wolves.
