Meredith is a town in Delaware County, New York, United States.

The 2010 documentary film Windfall, about the proposed placement of a wind farm in the town, was shot in Meredith.

The MacDonald Farm was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

[4] The northern half of the town drains west via Ouleout Creek to the Susquehanna River at Unadilla, while the southern half of the town drains south via several streams to the West Branch Delaware River.
