Mesa Vista (corruption of Vista de la Mesa, Spanish for "View of Table") is a census-designated place (CDP) in Alpine County, California, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 4.9 square miles (13 km2), all land.

The 2010 United States Census[6] reported that Mesa Vista had a population of 200.

12 households (14.5%) were made up of individuals, and 3 (3.6%) had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

There were 85 housing units at an average density of 5.0 per square mile (1.9/km2).

23.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 2.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

None of the families and 1.7% of the population were living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 6.3% of those over 64.
