On March 23, 2018, MexaBlood made their Pro Wrestling Guerrilla debut at Time is a Flat Circle, where they lost to The Rascalz (Dezmond Xavier and Zachary Wentz).
MexaBlood would team with Rey Horus again at Sixteen on July 26, 2019, where they defeated Black Taurus, Laredo Kid and Puma King.
