Mexicana Universal 2022 was the 4th edition of the Mexicana Universal pageant, held at the Centro de Convenciones in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, on May 21, 2022.

Débora Hallal of Sinaloa crowned Irma Cristina Miranda of Sonora as her successor at the end of the event.

Miranda represented Mexico at the Miss Universe 2022 pageant, held in New Orleans.
