Janeth Gómez (women's 59 kg) secured one of the top ten slots, each in their respective weight divisions based on the IWF Olympic Qualification Rankings.

Roman Bravo-Young and Austin Gómez, qualified for the games, by advancing to the final match in their own division, through the 2024 Pan American Wrestling Olympic Qualification Tournament in Acapulco.
