[2] Lambert went to Punahou School in Honolulu, Hawaii along with Stein Metzger.

He and fellow AVP player Matt Fuerbringer were members of the 1997 NCAA Championship team for volleyball.

[1] In his career, Lambert won 16 tournaments and $520,000 in prizes playing beach volleyball.
