Mihelca (pronounced [miˈxeːu̯tsa]) is a small settlement in the Primskovo area of the Municipality of Šmartno pri Litiji in central Slovenia.

The area is part of the historical region of Lower Carniola and is now included in the Central Slovenia Statistical Region.
