Mikayla Harvey (born 7 September 1998) is a New Zealand road racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam UAE Team ADQ.

[4] Harvey joined Bigla Pro Cycling at the start of the 2019 season.

She finished fifth overall and won the white jersey for best young rider at the 2020 Giro Rosa.
