He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Texas Rangers, Houston Astros, Minnesota Twins, Milwaukee Brewers, Florida Marlins from 2000 through 2008, and 2010.
He collected his first major league hit with a third-inning single off Twins pitcher Brad Radke.
