Michael A. Steele[1] (born 1982)[2] is an American politician of the Republican Party.

[3] He previously served on the White House staff during the George W. Bush administration as a member of the Political Affairs Team.

After graduating from Pacific Lutheran University, he served on the White House staff as a member of the Political Affairs Team during the George W. Bush administration and as a staff member for the Washington House of Representatives Republican Caucus.

[4] He is the executive director of the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce.

[5] Steele served on the Chelan, Washington city council from 2012 to 2016.
