Milíkov (German: Miltigau) is a municipality and village in Cheb District in the Karlovy Vary Region of the Czech Republic.

Milíkov consists of five municipal parts (in brackets population according to the 2021 census):[2] The name is derived from the personal name Milík, meaning "Milík's (court)".

It lies on the border between the Cheb Basin and Slavkov Forest.

[4] The I/21 road, which connects the D5 and D6 motorways, runs along the southwestern municipal border.

The main landmark of Milíkov is the Church of Saints Simon and Jude.
